Actually January, February and March of this year have been unseasonable warm with hardly any rain. These months should have been more like December when it rained almost every day. Currently rain totals are between 60-70% of normal. We need a lot more rain here.

Below are pictures I took at Davenport on February 14th of this year. This has been the typical weather here for the last three months. Wildflowers are blooming everywhere.
