Quentin Kopp Opposes HSR? Good Riddance?

Quentin Kopp, who came up with the incompetent and mismanaged CAHSRA project, is now concerned that compromises to meet real taxpayer concerns, meet real legal and environmental requirements, contain outrageous and bloated costs, and to meet ral travel and transportation needs will undermine the costly and bloated HSR Plan he and his pals came up with to steer bloated contracts......?

Poor Quentin, with so much taxpayer money left yet to steal, he's now so disappointed that the HSR "trough" he worked so hard to create may no longer be used as just a blank check for his cronies........?
