Cemex environmental study to get under way

It will be interesting to see how the Cemex property is developed after the structures are torn down, waste removed and the land restored. It is very fortunate there is a rail line going to the plant site to facilitate the removal of waste to and restoration of the land. Hope the rail line to Davenport and the yard at the plant are incorporated into the future development of the property.
