Looks like they are adding time to the end of each trip so BNSF will still get the on-time bonus if there are any work delays.

CNN has been running a segment critical of the $800 million dollar project because it is out of the $12 billion spent for "High Speed Rail" and will only improve the Cascades running time by 10 minutes when complete.
