OK, it appears that SP retired the siding of Frazier in the 1990s before the mtn slid away a couple years ago. I thought that the shorter length siding was removed; Cruzatte@4820. But it was the longer one Frazier@5455 that was yanked. The CTC Absolute signals at Frazier remained as late as 1997. Joel's excellent website was a big help.
