In the words of Glen Campbell in the original "True Grit", "I ain't dead yet." I appreciate people wondering where I have been. First, I haven't done much rail photography in recent weeks and have not scanned anything in months. Mobility issues and related pain have slowed me down and, to some extent, I have been taking it easy in preparation for a trip East in May and June.

And why am I heading East? The MILW #261 trip to Duluth from Minneapolis, NKP #765 over Horseshoe Curve, and the so called "legacy" streetcar system in Toronto before the new low-floor cars arrive. We do have other plans but a lot of that comes under the "play it by ear" category.

I am hoping to do a little ALCO hunting in Western New York.

By the way, anyone know a good gun storage facility in Buffalo? I need to leave my .45 on the American side.
