CW #10 Lawsuit Info?

Is the lawsuit regarding Crosset-western 2-8-2T No. 10 available online anywhere? Now that the lawsuit is completed, it should be public information. Anyone have a link to it?

Not looking to bash anyone, or start more troll wars, just want to see the actual info of what happened and why.
