I am not familiar with the way the agreements work in terms of permission and accounting when class 1's share traffic. Is it as simple as asking the dispatcher to route and there is agreement that it all works out? Or is there some payment made every time this happens? The accounting is not as fun as the operations, but I am curious how this works. Thanks in advance.
