Lind-Hatton Road is now closed over Providence Summit (BNSF Lakeside Sub between Spokane and Pasco) between the Lind-Odessa Highway at Lind and Beatrice. The entire coulee beneath the east end of double track at Sand and the summit is filled with dust from all of the trucks that are carrying the removed asphalt to the processing site. Not sure how much has been removed, but it's visible from Lind-Warden Road. Barricades are up at the north end. The summit will probably remain accessible via a long temporary dead-end trip on Providence Road from Roxbury Road on the west side. The closure is posted to last until September.
