You can certainly see the Three Sisters from the Brookyln Sub south of Albany, not sure if Mt. Bachelor is obscured by them or not. Best place to try and see this area of the Cascades would be around the Shedd-Halsey area. In any case, the Mt. Bachelor name is very recognizable with the public due to its large and popular ski resort.
