It's waybilled from Amtrak's Oakland, CA, facility to Amtrak's Bear, DE, facility. It sat in UP's West Oakland yard for several weeks awaiting clearance. It has some parts missing.

Scheduled to ride tonight's QRVNPP out of Roseville. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. Will eventually move to Chicago for interchange to NS or CSX.
