This cost number from Darren sounds fishy. If this number includes the Moontalvo to Santa Paula improvements, then it may have had little to do with the FW, as these were costs to extend Metrolink service, which never happened.


This is yet another once effective public agency, which now appears to suffer from a lack of leadership or vision, either political or managerial.
