Rear-ender on Tehachapi this morning

Very early this morning, a northbound BNSF train struck the rear of a UP train ahead of it near Tunnel 10, between Cable and Marcel, on Tehachapi Pass, resulting in a general pile-up with no reported injuries.

Oh, well. They already have a Work Window going on in this area, so they'll have a lot of track material already on hand.
