I noticed the same condition when I spotted 2600 on the siding at EBLIS back on November 24, 2012 as they pulled the holiday Lights Train out of the Mission Hill Tunnel. I assumed it would be painted soon.

I had a great time photographing the Iowa Pacific Alamosa paint crew repainting the F9’s. It would be interesting to see how Roaring Camp repaints 2600.
