I never have heard as to why Trinity County doesn't have any representation on the NCRA Board.

The NWP does travel trough Trinity County for what, 10 miles, from just north of the North Fork of the Eel River to about 201 Spur. After all, wouldn't the proposed gravel pit be at or near Island Mtn?
