Rust-bucket switchers (Alco? Baldwin?) at UTA shops in SLC

Saw two beat-up switchers at UTA's shops in Salt Lake last night. They were a faded yellow, and were numbered 23 and 24.

I am not an expert on such engines, but my instinct is to say that they are Baldwins. If not, they are probably Alcos.

Does anyone know origin, history, and destination on these units?
