From what I gather, the SP 3420 (a C 19 class 2-8-0) is currently located the Phelps Dodge copper refinery in El Paso, TX.

Not 100% sure, but it sounds as if it's not undergoing a restoration at this time.

There is a Facebook page for the 3420, but it contains little information.
