Question for Stan Patterson re: Dakota Southern

I followed the ex-MILW main between Kadoka and Chamberlain SD last month and didn't see any activity, including the facilities at Chamberlain; I missed the Mitchell-Chamberlain segment. I was hoping you might be able to pass on some information regarding current and planned operations on that line, as well as the Napa-Platte branch. Thanks in advance.
