Historically you are correct; however now the ex-SP track Greton to Beaverton is now considered part of the Oregon Electric District and mileposts are consistent with OE District mileposts (of which MP 0.0 is at Union Station, then via the A-Line, United Railways (Cornelius Pass) route, via Orenco and Beaverton).

West of Beaverton is considered the Tillamook District and retains its ex-SP mileposts from San Francisco, as is the Willsburg District south of Tigard to Oswego and Milwaukie.
