When the NCRA wins this appeal there will be nothing stopping them to go to Willits. The state has no say it what the railroads do. In hind sight they should have never done the EIR for the state but what's done is done. Moving forward work on the The Russian River bridge at Healdsburg and the washout north of Healdsburg are the major hurdles. they will be running to Cloverdale sooner than you think picking up some lumber loads and maybe gravel when Syre gets up and running again, rumor has it they have gotten new permits to start river mining again.
