Alameda Belt Line's S-2 #105 works late into the night. She paused long enough for a time exposure as a switch was being thrown. Note the trail left by the switchman's hand-lantern on the left of the photo. Alameda, CA. Circa 1980.

Can anyone help me with the location? Is this along Buena Vista Ave?
Also, were ABL's operations normally at night?
