Fire Damage to CORP Tracks

From the NW Interagency Coordination Center, NW Large Fire Information, the Douglas fire, 7 miles north of Glendale, OR; "Safety Extreme fire behavior, long range spotting, limited access, occupied mining claims, high area of public recreation use, residential structures with 1/2 mile of several fires within the complex, private commercial timberlands,critical wildlife habitat, watershed, damage to CORP railroad tracks."

Anyone know more about this or what affect it will have?
