I dont hire guys out of these schools unless i know their previous supervisors personally and can get an honest reference on their abilities.

The problem with some of these schools is the statemeent you yourself made. "Teach you everything you need to know". And thats the attitude the people that exit these "schools" have, they know everything when they leave. They come out with an ego, no respect for their senior men, and are un-teachable. Three potentially dangerous atributes that ensure your the first person im going to push to go work somewhere else.
