It looks the Mural Lounge under the dome in an ex-CP Park car. However, none of those got into private hands, and the murals (even the photo reproductions they sported in later days) were removed in the HEP rehab VIA did in the early 90's.

I can't speak for an ex-CZ dome-obs, which would have the same layout, although the mural in the background looks like Canadian scenery.

This is a real puzzler.
