So, if they do declare bankruptcy and because there is no RR in esistence (unless one counts whatever exists on paper as real), what would be the implications?

What, working a deal with the landowner whose property the SP tried buying isn't in the mood these days with regards to the land not as risky as the side the northern half of the NWP was laid upon north of Willits? I would think that "green leafy substance" they are smoking in Eureka could be put to better use elsewhere and clearer minds would then prevail.

Or am I asking too much?
