The old wood chip dump is now a city park; the old barge dock still exists, and a public viewing platform is built on top of it. A public dock is located just north of the barge dock.
Much of the old right-of-way of the spur is now a paved walking trail.
A cement company is still located there (not sure if it's the same company/facility that was rail served or not). There are some within the city - especially within the city administration that was voted out last year - that would rather see all of this industry moved well out of town, replaced with more "mixed-use" development served by an extension of the Portland Streetcar. However as the majority of the City Council that supported this was voted out last year, it appears that Lake Oswego's small industrial area will continue to provide new McMansion owners with quality cement and boat repair needs for the foreseeable future.
