Yeah - they have three spurs on what is generally the old brewery footprint down there, but the other two are in a newish parking lot area so not nearly as interesting as this one which heads down (way down mind you) a narrow alley of old industrial buildings.

I believe it's some kind of a trans-loading and storage firm - corn syrup and maybe other types of sweeteners too.
