Idiot. If he really wants to rake in "scrap metal" I know of plenty of railroad locations where it is far, far, far, far, far easier to grab and run.

Or, he could actually benefit us all, and clean up some illegal automobile dumps/scrapyards, that for some reason are located along some railroad tracks used by Amtrak trains. Nothing like riding Amtrak Cascades after being told how great and wonderful the scenery is...and seeing scrapped autos piled up four high in some field next to a crummy home...and seeing about two dozen such places between Tacoma and Vancouver.
