Mr. Moore-- There is a long waiting game to follow before 4014 turns a wheel. 4018 will be old and gray before the Calif move takes place. There is the LA COUNTY FAIR to play out first, during September. Then what ? Also, just because UP lays panel track across the Fairplex property, what if METRA says NO WAY ? Then what? Is METRA required to comply ? Does UP have to pay them a fee ? etc., etc.. The show has not appeared on stage as yet!
