Los Angeles Metrolink owns the tracks in question here. I am very sure that UP has had Discussions with them already, or otherwise the Steam Crew would not have come out to prep the 4014. The move will happen on their rails at night. There is no freight on the line just Metrolink trains which run on days/evenings.

In fact there used to be a spur into the Fairgrounds that was removed.
