Hope There Is A Ribbon Cutting Event For The La Selva Bridge Completion Next Year

The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (SCCRTC) held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new LaFonda Bridge over Highway 1 this past Saturday and my wife and I thought it would be interesting to check out the event and take some photographs. We enjoyed talking with many local residents and had a great time. I posted some photographs from the event at the link below.

Maybe the SCCRTC and the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay Railway will consider some type of event for the reopening of the La Selva Bridge when it is completed next year. The F-Units would be perfect for cutting the ribbon.
