The concept is stupid people doing stupid things and loosing their lives because of their stupid actions!
What makes it worse is the poor crew had to help this POS until help arrived
And the waste of tax money in overtime, lost connections, relief crews, emergency personel, lost time to the Union Pacific, the investigations, the court costs, lawsuits by the next of kin, those who were late for work because of road closures
This will no doubt cost million's dollars before its done
Millions that could have been better spent elseware
