Unit Movements at CEECO Mon 12/17

Driving by CEECO I saw the SP Black Widow painted Locomotive has been moved in CEECO yard, its now on the south side of the building vs the North side where it sat for years...

Any idea what is happening with it? Someone buy it or ???

Don't know all the unit types but looks like a "F" Unit.

Memory serves me right it was the lead unit on part of the Private Rail car train to Portland a few years ago.
