Last time through there I saw an Eastbound at Dotsero around 11:30 AM and another Eastbound at
Cisco a couple hours later. I do believe that west of SLC it's down to one each way and in the
dark. I think the EB still has a daylight pickup in Fernley so you'd be lucky to see him before midnight or so in SLC.
