This is the new model for managing these state corridors in California, as Amtrak has been more of an impediment than an asset to the state supported trains, and Caltrans Division of Fail has become a useless appendage, as well.

The foolish, ill conceived, and poorly funded passenger rail bill Congress passed further screws over these most effective short distance corridors.
