2013 fall Spokane Model Train Show & Swap. Oct. 13, 2013 9:30-3:30 Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds Buildings C & D. Weather permitting, Inland Empire Railway Historical Society will be giving rides on their 2-foot gauge train during the show hours.

River City Modelers Open Houses 1130 E. Sprague Ave. Sat. Oct. 12 4 to 8 p.m., Sun. Oct.13, Noon to 4 p.m.

Two other model railroad clubs plan to have open houses too, hours T.B.A.
.
Sunset Jct. Model Trains will be open both Sat and Sun 10-4. (Shop has recently received more books from estates, many long out of print.)

Lots of interesting things to railfan around Spokane, new signal bridges installed at Sunset Jct, former NP signal bridges should be gone by now, GP-60B's at Yardley, & more.
