Mr. Morgan apparently worked at one time as a consultant for Railroad Industries, though is not currently listed. See links:

If I recall, Doug Morgan, Bryan Whipple and Gary Hunter are all connected, and were mentioned in Court Hammond's proposal to operate the Wallowa Union which Gary Hunter's company had been the consultant for purchasing the line from Idaho Northern and Pacific.
Of interest are the statements "lien stems from a security agreement made on January 21, 2000" "result of debts YWR owed to the Cecil family" "security agreement went through a series of owners before Railroad Services came into possession". Cecil family were the successors to Kyle that sold the Yreka Western to Court Hammond or whatever company he was using. Is this a shell game where the assets are just being passed through different companies where all the involved are friends?
Even if there is a prior right on debt, I do hope Chelatchie Boiler's mechanics lien holds against whoever the actual owner is. Rumor is that Court Hammond claimed he did not own the engine, so how was it supposed to go to the Wallowa Union unless it was one of his partners that owned it?
I hope the legal system can sort this mess out. And where is the money coming from to play this game?
