UP thing in Oakland

The last few days there has been what appears (from a distance)to be a tank car in UP locomotive colors, parked in the old coachyard near the yardmaster's tower. Anyone seen this or know what it is? UP used to have fuel tenders painted that way, but I thought they were all retired.
