According to one of the principals within CSRM, the Museum will soon be undertaking multi-faceted fundraising efforts "on a scale never before seen within CSRM". The NGPF and NMRA were not mentioned. The condition of the two buildings has been thoroughly researched and documented. Realistic? Depends on your point of view and confidence in the Museum. You'll find many views on that subject out there. The only one that counts is the one looking back from the future.
