When Court's (or whoever the actual owner is) caboose showed up in Elgin last year, I noticed the K brake cylinder had no COTS stencil. I am pretty sure it was ran that way a few trips. I guess I'll look at it the next time I'm in Elgin to confirm if it ever got a service stencil, but then Court ran one of the GP7's pulling the RDC's for a passenger consist to Joseph without repairing the numerous defects to bring it above FRA excepted track, so why bother about a pidling brake service stencil.
