The UP RR used their Front End Loader to Drag it up hill from where it was Tues Afternoon using 150 feet of Panel track, it now is on a Wheel Skate and Chained to the Rails

They have Security on site

It is now Next to Outer Harbor #2 , More Panel Track has arrived, but this weekend till Sunday, there are Races at the Drag strip, and the Parking lot needs to be empty to move The Big Boy,
