There's no way steve juiced that photo... we've had some pretty dramatic "duck under" lighting here lately when the fog has burnt off lately. Looks like that was at abou 1630 judging by the angle of the sun.

And whoever the ass was that said " you don't know because you havent been there" is just that. Lived in the PNW my whole life.. hell I live 3 miles from this picture. When the crap clears up we get some fantastic filtered low angle sun that does awesome things.
