Brian,

The loaded tank cars were tied down on the industrial lead and spur for Lineage by Kearney Street. This was done to clear the main for upcoming track work. These will be swapped for empties at the North Star Biofuels Plant as the five cars there are unloaded. The biofuel plant is located on West Beach Street.
