Thee former NP Stampede Pass line is already primarily an eastbound route, with empty oil, coal and grain trains. Keep in mind that Stampede Tunnel is not tall enough to accept doublestacks. (OK, it might accept them, but they probably will be somewhat deformed by the other end!)
