Yes, train 128 left at 4:55pm. Before about 1965 it left at 4:57pm.
It didn't stop at most stops. It only stopped at about 1/3rd of them. 124, 126 and 128 together covered all the stops, with a few duplicates like 124 and 128 both stopped at San Mateo.
The train must have been moving in the photo. It always had 6 harriman cars from about the late 1950s through about 1975. Thus, it would not have been stretching past 4th Street when standing in the station, like in that photo. After about 1975 through the end of the traditional schedule, 128 only had 5 harriman cars.
