The Spirit of Washington F9As should be in Yakima, so you can at least try to get photos of them, even parked (the train cars are not there -- as of last report, they were stored in the Vancouver area). As I recall, there is also an old F-unit carbody on display at a shopping area in downtown Yakima, right by the old NP depot.
