I was given a heads up about this as it arrived into Pasco about noon on a WB terniating manifest (SPOPAS?), the first few cars were loads of coal/coke.

It was supposed to get switched around and setout for its connecting train to Canada.

Does anybody know whether it will go east or north to Vancouver BC to enter CA?
