April 1969 Excursion To Riverbank-Photo Run at Martinez

In April of 1969, PLA was trying to duplicate their previous year's trip with an ALCO PA or, failing the Santa Fe providing a PA, their lone E8 unit. Come the morning of the trip, no PA,no E. Just a plain old A-B set of Warbonnet F7's. Refunds were offered but the trip ran anyway. This is one of the photo runs, staged up behind Martinez and a view of the photo line.
