Wow the Yelp Reviwes for the Train to Xmas town is very sad. It sounds like they really need to upgrade and Start all over again. Your gonna have to spend money to make money. It will take some time but I can see the railroad succeed in the near future if they try hard enough. Right now it sound like they are squeezing a Dime out of a penny to run their Railroad. I remember when Norman first opened Roaring Camp back in 1962. They are very successful with Running Passenger Trains Up the mountain and Down to Santa Cruz. I Would recommend passing the Santa Cruz Branch to Roaring Camp they Know how to run a Tourist railroad and they are very well known. Or my other suggestion is Work out a Deal with Roaring Camp I'm Sure they can help you succeed to Running passenger Trains by making Agreements to Sharing the Line .
