UP Symbol Question

Observed 30 Dec 2013 at West Colton, CA was UP 6350 & UP 5469 (with rear DPU UP 7033 & UP 5812) leading the westbound OISLS-28 (Iron Spring, UT to Dolores, CA) unit hopper train. IS = Iron Spring? Is this an export iron ore train? It did not look like the unit rock train and the large hoppers were not loaded very high inside. Thanks.
